For over 20 years, Cancer Support Community north Texas (CSCNT) has led the charge to build a vibrant community of cancer survivors and their loved ones. We focus on providing psychosocial support to complement medical treatments to nurture every part of a patient as they learn and grow and recover.
Cancer Support Community North Texas (CSCNT) is excited to kick off 2023 with a new, year-long campaign highlighting the wide variety of free programming we provide for ANYONE touched by a cancer diagnosis, from patients to caregivers, to family and friends.
Our goal is to raise awareness and funding; to ensure the lifelong continuum of cancer care is provided through our FREE social and emotional community support programming. With any cancer diagnosis come feelings of hopelessness and social isolation. The CSCNT community is a lifeline to strength, hope, support, and guidance with an impact is often life changing.

This first quarter of 2023 we are excited to bring attention to our CSCNT Community & Family programming. Your support is vitally important in helping us to continue providing these essential free emotional and social services for mental health and wellbeing to those who need it within the North Texas cancer community.
Our Family programming, called Noogieland, is a vital part of the healing process for children and teens impacted by a cancer diagnosis. Noogieland serves anyone 18 years old and younger that has a cancer diagnosis, has a loved one with cancer, or lost a loved one to cancer. Noogieland programming is all-encompassing from Movie Nights and holiday festivities to individual counseling and support groups with licensed mental health professionals.
We believe Community is Stronger than Cancer and the community support at CSCNT is like none other. We are proud to provide a space for people to come together with others in their community who are experiencing similar life events, challenges, and victories. The understanding, compassion, friendships, and peace that come from this support community is something we all deserve!
Our activities and events vary based on participants’ requests and interests and programming is held in English and Spanish, both in-person and virtual.
