Every month Cancer Support Community North Texas provides members with a variety of free activities and special programs to help improve overall health and well-being!
At each of our three DFW clubhouses you can expect monthly…
- Fitness programs such as yoga, zumba, pilates and others
- Stress management programs may include meditation, arts and crafts, music, and dance
- Healthy living seminars on topics like cooking and nutrition
