Program Coordinator – Dallas County Clubhouse

Cancer Support Community North Texas is a non-profit organization providing free cancer support to anyone impacted by cancer; for patients and those supporting them.

Are you bilingual (Spanish/English), outgoing, energetic, creative, and a licensed mental health professional? You will facilitate support groups and networking groups, provide individual counseling, and provide general program and clubhouse support. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Manager. You must have excellent written and verbal skills, be well organized, and be an effective public speaker. Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.

Contract Group Facilitator – All Locations

Cancer Support Community North Texas, a leading area non-profit providing free cancer support, has a great career opportunity for a Contract Group Facilitator for Dallas, Collin and Tarrant County locations.  This person will provide psychosocial emotional support to members directly in group settings at CSCNT.  The group facilitator will maintain accurate and current records for all participants according to the program’s policies and procedures manual and regulatory standards of practice.

This position requires:

– A Master’s level licensed mental health professional (LMSW, LCSW, LPC) with minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
– Warm, outgoing, energetic personality
– Experience with facilitating groups and individual counseling
– Current Texas licensure as a LMSW, LCSW or LPC
– Maintain professional liability insurance
– Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities

Program ManagerDallas County Clubhouse

Program Manager – Cancer Support Community North Texas – Dallas County

Cancer Support Community North Texas, is a non -profit organization providing no charge social and emotional support to cancer patients and those caring for them. If you’re creative, energetic, organized and have a warm, outgoing personality, we want to hear from you! The Program Manager manages, coordinates and implements daily program operations. Responsibilities include onboarding new participants, facilitating support/networking groups, implementing the outreach program, being an organizational spokesperson, assisting in monthly calendar development, event planning, and managing volunteers. This position requires; a Master’s level, licensed mental health professional (LMSW, LCSW, LPC) with 3 plus years postgraduate clinical/management experience, effective communication (oral and written) skills, proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite. This position reports to the Program Director. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and great working conditions.
