Volunteer of the Month: Eleanor Nebe

Untitled “I’m happy to be celebrating two years with the Cancer Support Community North Texas branch. I am blessed to be able to instruct Zumba and Stability Ball classes on Tuesdays for the members. I am a resident of Northlake and have been instructing Zumba classes for well over five years in Flower Mound, Keller, and North Fort Worth and three years instructing Stability Ball classes in the metroplex. My passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I’m a Non Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer survivor since 1999. I have two adult children, Nicole who is a pediatrician in North Fort Worth and Justin, who is in the security banking business in California. I have three grandchildren, Matt age 15 who lives in California with my son and his wife, Coleton age 9 and Madeline age 5 who live In Keller with my daughter and her husband. I look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of others!”   The purpose of life is not to be happy — but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all. ~Leo Rosten
