Re-Opening for In-Person Services

Yes! The clubhouses are re-opening for limited in-person services on August 2nd!

We’re excited to announce that the following in-person services will resume at all clubhouses on 8/2/2021:
– Support groups
– Individual counseling
– New Member Meetings
– New member onboarding
– Open to Options

Masks will be required for all attendees. We know that you are eager to return to normal operations for all of our services. The safety of our members, staff and volunteers remains our primary concern, so we will continue to closely monitor CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, and incrementally add back services as we can do that safely. In the meantime, educational and informational presentations, social activities and healthy lifestyle programs will continue to be offered on our virtual platforms. We are also adding virtual ONLY support groups in the month of August. Please stay up to date with our current programming by visiting our online calendar.

Thank you for your continued support as we move through the next stages of re-opening the clubhouses. We are looking forward to seeing everyone back in the clubhouses soon!

Support Services – we provide support groups, networking groups and individual counseling through Zoom meetings. Health & Wellness Workshops – we post exercise, yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi and meditation workshops and other health and wellness classes to our Facebook Page.

Educational Presentations – we post lectures and workshops on a variety of topics meant to be of interest to people with cancer and their family members on our Facebook page. We also have some in-person presentations archived on Facebook.

Resources and Referrals – our Cancer Resource Specialist assesses and refers survivors to appropriate resources and services in the community. Please call (214) 345-8428 for assistance. Social Connections – During this unprecedented time, we are physically distancing, but remaining connected socially! Give us a call, send us an email and join our community online through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn! We are here for you.

Free Membership – the services and programs we provide are completely free of charge to anyone who has been impacted by cancer. We are conducting New Member Meetings and Customized Membership Plans on an individual basis via phone or Zoom meetings.
